The NPHL has involved in several outbreak confirmation and investigation cholera, Dengue
It has been involved in the cholera outbreak in confirmation in Temeke (Dec 2011 – May 2012), Sumbawanga (May 2013) and Dengue outbreak in Dar es salaam ( 2010 and March 2014)
